Our espresso blend starts with the classic Brazilian, ads a Central American for clean acidity, and finishes with an Indonesian to add additional body and sweetness. Our crema comes from the full natural, sun dried processing of one of our specialty arabica coffees, not from inferior robusta beans. A solid performer, pulled at 196-198 degrees, 28 seconds.
